Abstract

The positive impact of a good practice is difficult to be seen on the surface without the purity of heart in the interpretation of such practices. This is an important reflection of the function of the heart as said by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the Hadith “...there lies within the body a piece of flesh. If it is sound, the whole body is sound; and if it is corrupted, the whole body is corrupted. Verily this piece is the heart." In order to realize the definition, it is shown that the function of heart is important. It is the heart of the giver and the receiver of knowledge. This is because Islam is very concerned in the practice which is based on the sincerity of heart. Meanwhile, the author of the book Learning by Heart, Roland Barth expressed that there is a necessity to make the study location fun for students. Barth in his effort had changed the complex learning process to the situation which instil harmony and appreciate the nature of humanity. Therefore, the study in view of the need to build the framework of the Model of Teaching from the Heart to Heart MHH as a proposed approach to the delivery of language sciences. The study aims to review the characteristics of the MHH Model in language sciences delivery as well as the students, teachers and parents’ support in the success of the implementation of the MHH model. Qualitative research methodology through the students, teachers or lecturers and parents’ interview will help in building the MHH Model in an effort to improve the teaching of language sciences. The Findings summarize that the Framework of MHH Model as a proposed approach to the delivery of language sciences consists of 4 main components: namely the sincerity, love, commitment and creativity (SLCC). Characteristics of MHH Model=SLCC will help students in academic and self-construction.

Abstrak

Amalan yang baik secara persepsi zahir sukar dilihat impak positif tanpa kesucian hati dalam interpretasi amalan tersebut. Inilah refleksi penting fungsi hati yang dikhabarkan Nabi Muhammad saw dalam hadis bahawa jika rosak seketul daging ini, rosaklah kesemuanya, jika baik, baiklah kesemuanya, itulah hati. Dalam usaha merealisasi definisi tertera fungsi hati amat penting. Iaitu hati pemberi dan penerima ilmu. Ini kerana Islam amat mementingkan amalan yang berteraskan keikhlasan hati. Manakala penulis buku Learning by Heart, Roland Barth menyatakan adalah satu keperluan menjadikan tempat belajar itu menyeronokkan pelajar. Barth usaha menukar proses pembelajaran yang kompleks kepada keadaan dan suasana yang menyemai keharmonian dan lebih menghargai sifat kemanusiaan. Maka kajian ini melihat kepada keperluan membina kerangka Model Mengajar dari Hati ke Hati MMH sebagai satu cadangan pendekatan penyampaian ilmu bahasa. Kajian bertujuan mengkaji ciri-ciri Model MHH dalam penyampaian ilmu bahasa serta memperlihat keperluan sokongan pelajar, guru dan ibu bapa dalam menjayakan pelaksanaan model MHH. Metodologi kajian kualitatif melalui temu bual pelajar, guru atau pensyarah dan ibu bapa akan membantu membina Model MHH dalam usaha menambah baik proses pengajaran ilmu bahasa. Dapatan kajian merumuskan bahawa Kerangka Model MHH sebagai satu cadangan pendekatan untuk penyampaian ilmu bahasa terdiri daripada 4 komponen utama iaitu keikhlasan, kasih sayang, komited dan kreatif (4K). Ciri-ciri Model MHH=4K akan membantu pelajar dalam bidang akademik dan pembinaan kendiri.
